The aim of this study is to explore the changing relationship between women and their jobs after they have children. We hope to gain a better understanding as to why women do and do not return to the workplace after maternity leave.
Access to the survey is now closed, as we have received over 1300 responses. Right now, we are analysing the data and interpreting the results, so… watch this space.
We would like to say a big THANKYOU to all the Mums out there who took the time to participate in this study. We understand how sparse your time is, so we see each contribution as priceless. The generosity of all who supported and helped gain interest in the research has been amazing.
As you can imagine, there is HEAPS of information that we can get from this survey, so please be patient as we analyse the results – we want to make sure we get it exactly right, as we are aware of the impact that this can information can have.
